Dr. Jatun Dorsey is a consistent leader who takes a careful methodological approach to helping clients achieve a valued return on transaction coordination by leveraging practical methods, systems and industry expertise.
For the past 20 plus years, Dr. Jatun has worked in the Financial Services industry and most recently functioned as a Mortgage Servicing Vice President supporting impacted business lines during exam and audit initiatives to identify and mitigate risks, detect issues and monitor the effectiveness and accuracy of controls put in place to address identified impediments. She also managed teams responsible for coordinating audits and exams while serving as the conduit between the examiners and the BL helping business partners save time and minimize risks.
She holds both a Master's and Doctoral degree in Business Administration and has functioned as an adjunct professor teaching Master level Marketing and Corporate Strategy courses for nearly 10 years.
Dr. Jatun was able to leverage her attention to detail, auditing, organization and project management skills and knowledge of the mortgage servicing industry to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals identify opportunities for process improvement, maintaining industry compliance standards, developing sustainable solutions for process improvement, increasing operational efficiency in the transaction process from inception through to completion.
In her down time she enjoys time with friends and family, especially her daughter, good laughs, great food and a nice deep tissue massage.
Senior Coordinator
Having a passion for people, Tiffany D. Hicks operates under the guiding principles of Servant Leadership. With over 20 years of experience working for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies, Tiffany is currently an Executive Director in the Financial Services industry where she focuses on identifying learning opportunities and applying innovative strategies to improve overall performance at the leadership, team and organization levels.
Tiffany's professional aptitudes also include corporate level leader development, process design and administration, and program management with the Financial Services, Consumer Real Estate, Mortgage Servicing industries.
Outside of work, Tiffany has a deep love for family and friends. She is also is a creative who thoroughly enjoys cooking, travel, and literary and performing arts.
Senior Coordinator
For over 20 years Alexiaunna Shaw served as a leader in financial and mortgage services where she developed a keen understanding of the ever-evolving nature of those areas. During the Subprime Mortgage Crisis, she served as a consultant to government regulatory agencies where she excelled at guiding distressed homeowners through default and modification procedures, ultimately helping many remain in their homes. Alexiaunna’s final role in the industry was as Assistant Vice President of a major banking corporation where she led government compliance initiatives, including change management, audit preparation and exam testing.
Alexiaunna recently capitalized on the project management skills she developed during her time in financial services as she moved into the Healthcare industry. Whatever capacity or industry, her enthusiasm for her work is infectious, making her not just a leader, but also a valued team player.
When she is not working or studying to further her education goals, Alexiaunna enjoys travelling, hosting gatherings and creating cocktail recipes for her friends and family to enjoy.
